This 60-minute class includes 30 minutes of breathwork and 30 minutes of meditation. This session will allow your mind and body to become in balance with the external environment, in harmony with the flow of life and will awaken the spirit providing an abundance of calm energy.
Your breath determines the quality and longevity of your life. Your breath is your spirit, that which gives you life and nourishment to your mind and body. At its core respiration is about reciprocation, transforming our body every 3.3 seconds, leading to restoration of the body down to every cell. Breathwork allows for the cultivation of energy, it allows for the release of old stale air and energy, that which is no longer serving us. Simultaneously, breathwork will increase cardiac and nervous system function, increase blood circulation, increase metabolism, while decreasing blood pressure, heartrate and anxiety. Working in harmony, the practice of meditation allows for the return to source, that which cannot be named and due to the nature of the mind is usually obscured by our external experience. Meditation is about understanding the nature of your mind-our thoughts and feelings-so that you may be able to hear what the universe is asking of you. This will allow for your true essence to break through so that you may step into the full essence of your humanness.
