This 60-minute yoga class is designed to specifically tone and strengthen the gluteal and thigh muscles. The exercises aim to enhance hip flexibility and pelvic stability, which may alleviate discomfort in the lower back, hips, knees, and ankles. Participants can also expect improvements in physical appearance as a result of consistent practice.
