THE METABOLIC RESET: A BREATHWORK EXEPERIENCE FOR WEIGHTLOSS AND REGULATION

what to expect

This 2-hour workshop is a guided, immersive experience designed to help you use your breath as a powerful tool for weight loss, metabolism, and nervous system regulation.

You’ll learn how your breathing patterns directly impact stress, hormones, and your body’s ability to burn or store fat. Through simple, science-backed explanations, you’ll begin to understand why many traditional approaches to weight loss fall short—and how regulation of the nervous system plays a key role.


You’ll then be guided through a structured breathwork experience designed to activate your metabolism, build internal heat, and support the release of stored tension and stagnant energy within the body.


The session closes with reflection and simple, practical tools you can integrate into your daily life to support sustainable weight loss and long-term balance.

DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES THIS EVENT WILL BE RESCHEDULE


Please do not eat a heavy meal prior to this workshop. Which means stick to juices, fruits and vegetables, yogurt, as anything loaded with carbs, fat and grease will not work well with the breath techniques. However, after the workshop, there are no restrictions!
