This 2-hour workshop is a guided, immersive experience designed to help you use your breath as a powerful tool for weight loss, metabolism, and nervous system regulation.

Please do not eat a heavy meal prior to this workshop. Which means stick to juices, fruits and vegetables, yogurt, as anything loaded with carbs, fat and grease will not work well with the breath techniques. However, after the workshop, there are no restrictions!
