• The goal of spiritual life coaching is to empower individuals to take control of their life by getting in the driver seat. 
• My goal is to help you understand your mind, specifically behaviors and habits that are holding you back. You must see who you actually are in order to change what is no longer serving you.  
• My curriculum begins with "controlled burning" of self to purify the spirit and make space to receive the tools that will help you build a new foundation.
• My process teaches you how to create sustainable and lasting changes leading to a new way of living and loving.
• The goal is that through the cultivation of an abundance of self-love and compassion you will find purpose, passion, peace and everlasting joy.

This is a 10-week empowerment and transformative spiritual program designed to meet twice per week. Each session last 90 minutes which is 3 hours a week of required in person time. However, you will have additional assignments, including but not limited to readings, watching videos, listening to podcasts as well as attending breathing and meditation classes in between sessions.

Once you have completed the program successfully follow-up sessions are recommended on a client-by-client basis. That could mean sessions every 2-3 weeks, monthly sessions or a session every three months.

The total cost of the 10-week intensive program is 1999$ that can be broken down into payment plans. However, if the entire payment is paid up front the price will be discounted to 1499$.
