At Indigo Coaching, the aim is to provide clients with the tools to create sustainable and lasting change in their lives. By providing the inspiration, the education and the motivation to find spiritual, emotional, mental and physical transformation. I offer spiritual life coaching for those looking to reconnect to self or find the self they’ve never had. Through self-study you cultivate self-awareness, self- compassion and self-love. Through self-discipline you will cultivate the courage to walk through the fire of change, using faith, devotion and patience. Through the process of surrender you will learn the tools to build a foundation that allows you to step into your full potential.
I also offer yoga coaching, both group and private sessions of breathwork, poses and meditation. As well as breathwork sessions specifically for weight loss and athletic performance enhancement.
Lastly, I offer sober coaching and lead a weekly support group for those struggling with addiction and addictive processes/behaviors.

By increasing lung capacity by 50-75%, you can not only extend your life, but you will also dramatically increase the quality of that life.
A combination of mindfulness and concentration, Indigo classes will help you reduce stress, improve focus, and achieve a greater sense of calm and wellbeing. Consistent practice can balance and reprogram our nervous systems through process of neuroplasticity.
45-minute sessions to assess your wellness lifestyle and become aware of how it may or may not be serving you at this point in your life. Find the areas in your life that may be keeping you from being the best version of yourself.
Addiction and addictive behaviors that provide temporary relief from suffering, can create people without roots. With Indigo coaching you will learn the tools that will uncover the path to freedom from the bondage of self. Finding the courage, love and compassion of self, to plant the seeds to a foundation of sustainable transformation and unshakeable joy.
